To the study of proteins. It offers technological expertise in fractionation and protein profiling of biological samples, but also in protein identification and the study of molecular interactions. These technologies are offered to fundamental and private research.
AN EXPERTISE…
The platform is equiped with a Triple TOF mass spectrometer which allows qualitative and quantitative analyses at high resolution in capillary-LC-MSMS from samples coming from complex mixtures of molecules (plasma, serum…), cell lysates or culture supernatants.
The Biacore T200 allows the study of molecular interactions: protein-protein, protein-RNA or DNA. The identification of partners is then carried out by mass spectrometry
(BIA-MS).
The Proteomics platform supports you in your projects, from the design and implementation of experiments to the formatting and valorisation of results and the drafting of publications.

SCIEX TRIPLE TOF 5600 MASS SPECTROMETER
QTOF mass spectrometer coupled to a capillary liquid chromatography-Dionex Ultimate 3000.
The resolution is 20000-40000 in both MS and MSMS and the mass accuracy is < 5ppm…
